It offers good chemical resistance to bases, alcohols, amines and amides, glycol ethers, notro-compounds and aldehydes. Butyl is not recommended for halogen compounds, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, or applications that require the physical strength of natural rubber. This synthetic rubber provides the highest permeation resistance to gases and water vapors of any protective material used to make gloves. Please purchase carefully.
