Our combination shear brake roll comes in three 20 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminum versions. There is a 30, 40 and 52 inch in wide machine to choose from to fit most sheet metal applications.
Each machine is capable of three functions. Sheet metal can be cut to size using the manual shear function. After the material is cut a box can be made using the press brake feature. The top beam has quick change movable dies to make different projects easily. There is a slip roll function that allows the user to bend sheet metal to varying diameters. The rolls also come with three different wire grooves. This machine can be operated from the left or right side of the machine and comes standard with a back gauge.
A Baileigh 3-in-1 shear, brake and roll is a nice complement to any sheet metal shop for those one off projects or light production. The best part of the machine is that you get three machines in a compact floor plan. These models can be bench mounted or put on a stand.
