 Mailboxes - Heavy Duty RuralMailboxes are classic rural style with a simple but attractive design. Our mailboxes hold a lot at 7.25" W x 9.5 " H x 20.5 " D. Each mailbox is made of heavy duty 14 gauge electro-galvanized steel and reinforced for additional strength offering the utmost in durability. They feature a durable powder coated finish available in black, green, white or beige. Mailboxes include an adjustable red powder coated signal flag, and a magnetic door catch. Concealed hinges are made of non-corroding stainless steel. Each mailbox includes a mailbox mounting bracket for a standard 4" x 4" wood post, or can be mounted on mailbox posts and spreaders, or a base of your choice. Includes mounting hardware.  Classic Mailbox PostsMade of cast aluminum, the classic mailbox posts are available in top mounted (#4890), 1-sided (#4891) and 2-sided (#4892) styles and can accommodate rural mailboxes. 1-sided classic mailbox posts include an 8 1/4” W x 6” D arm and 2-sided classic mailbox posts include two (2) 8 1/4” W x 6” D arms. Classic mailbox posts feature a durable powder coated finish available in five (5) contemporary colors. In-ground mounting kits easily attach to the base of classic mailbox posts and allow for in-ground applications and are available as an option upon request (related item #4896).
