Hydraulic Ring Roller (Roll Bender)

Baileigh’s hydraulic ring roller line consists of three single pinch (double pinch are available as well) versions to choose from. Each roll bender can be operated in the vertical or horizontal position by simply tipping the machine on its backside.

Each ring roll bender comes with a movable pendant which helps the operator during operation. This pendant houses the foot pedal controls (for initiating bend direction), the programmable DRO, and switches to control the top roll position.

Section rolls are included as standard and optional rolls are available for different profiles like round tubing and pipe. Guide rolls are standard as well for rolling on varying planes when coiling. The R-H45 and R-H55 require three phase power. The R-M55H ring roller requires only 220V, single phase power and has variable speed controls with inverter protection.

Metal Ring Roller - R-M55H

The R-M55H metal ring roller is a very powerful bender capable of rolling 2” Schedule 40 pipe, or 2” X 2” (.187) angle iron in mild steel. This model has a power requirement of 220 volts, single phase, so it literally can work in any fabrication shop or on any job site.

The R-M55H has a powerful direct gearbox drive system that delivers full torque when bending at full capacity. A Sieman's inverter drive protects this metal ring roller when bending at full load. The inverter drive allows this ring roll to provide variable speeds. A variable speed machine really comes in handy when dealing with different materials. Adjustments to this benders speed can be made on the fly.

Like all Baileigh hydraulic single pinch ring rollers, this machine has a powerful top roll that uses industrial grade hydraulics. The hydraulic top roll works in conjunction with the programmable digital read out. This DRO can be programmed with the final down position and upward stroke which allows for precise repeatability when doing production runs.

The R-M55H ring roll comes with a sturdy frame that allows the operator to run the machine in a vertical or horizontal position. This section bender come with a set of segment rolls that allows the operator to bend certain flat materials, as well as some angle iron applications. Additional section rolls are required for different size profiles like tubing or pipe. Operation of this ring roller is done from an independent operator pedestal that has the digital readout programmer, controls for the top roll positioning, as well as foot pedal controls to engage the direct drive transmission forward or reverse.

Tube Roller – Roll Bender - R-H45

Baileigh’s R-H45 roller bender is the perfect ring roll for bending up to 2” Square X .120” wall, or 2” Schedule 40 pipe and much more. This ruggedly built machine only requires 220 volts of single phase power, so it is the perfect machine for any fabrication shop and can also be brought to most job sights.

This tube roller come standard with a heavy duty steel plate frame that is tied to a large industrial motor and transmission that turns all three rolls. The housing is heavy duty as well and allows the roll bender to be tipped backward into the horizontal position when rolling larger diameters.

Like all Baileigh powered tube rollers, this machine comes with a Siemens® inverter drive that offers soft start ups for long motor life and overload protection to protect the mechanics of the machine. This tube roller comes standard with industrial grade hydraulics that powers the downward and upward position of the top roll. This section roll bender is programmable for the upward and downward position allowing for accurate repeatable bends every time.

Angle Roller – Section Benders - R-H55

Baileigh’s R-H55 angle roller is perfect for roll bending round tube and pipe, sections, bar, and angle iron. This machine consists of three driven rolls that are inverter driven through a direct drive transmission that offers great power and overload protection. This roller bender is built from a heavy steel plate frame that is mounted on a rigid steel housing. Like all section benders from Baileigh Industrial, this one can be operated in the vertical mode for smaller diameters and laid on its back for horizontal bending when larger diameters are required.

This powerful single pinch angle roller has industrial grade hydraulics for positioning the top roll. The top roll position is controlled by the operator and the final descent and upward position is controlled by the DRO (digital readout) programmer. The DRO makes this roller bender repeatable which is very important for those multiple piece production runs.
