Our HD hydraulic shears have high carbon chromium blades with several cutting surfaces for extended blade life. Each machines upper blade carriage has hardened bearings on three axis’s that runs in hardened and ground tracks, for further extended blade life. A shadow line, hydraulic hold downs, and blade rake adjustments are standard on all of our metal shears. Roller carriages at the in feed side with metered product supports and side guides are standard as well. At the out feed of each machine there is a hand wheel adjustment for the back gauge that is synchronized between left and right. Some models come standard with a quick touch motorized back gauge adjustment.
Our heavier capacity hydraulic shear machines come standard with a blade gap adjustment. Simple operator pendants house the E-Stop and foot pedal controls. Well thought out control panels have jog switches, cycle counters, stop/start controls and much more.
