Baileigh Industrial offers a diverse line of semi-automatic metal band saws with different features and capacities. We offer seven different models that range from 9” to 18” round and up to 15” X 24” rectangle. These horizontal bandsaws are offered in models with 1” up to 1-5/8” band saw blades.
A Baileigh Industrial semi-automatic metal bandsaw has industrial grade hydraulics that are located on the vise, and used for the upward and downward motions of the saw bow. We have several models where the cutting head can single or double miter, perfect for angle and channel applications.
We offer metal band saws with ductile cast iron cutting bows as well as heavy electro welded plate bows for larger capacities. Some of our metal sawing machines are available in 220 volt single phase or 220 or 460 volt three phase depending on your steel shops requirements. Baileigh’s semi-automatic horizontal bandsaws come standard with industrial grade designs and components, and are built to last several decades in the most grueling machine shop environments.
