PipeMaster Large Diameter Pipe Cutter

The Wheeler Rex Pipe Pipe Master Cutter Unit consists of a cutting head with internal gears which operate the drive wheels and blade shaft.Pipe cutting blades (except for No. 4616) must be cooled with water during cutting and are fully enclosed for safety. The pipe cutter is held onto the pipe by a wide roller chain which is tensioned with a threaded take-up mechanism. A chart is included which tells the operator how much chain is required for various sizes of large diameter pipe. The unit has a hydraulic motor which requires an external hydraulic power source.

High-speed pipe cutter for in-line cutting of 6"-48" cast iron, ductile iron, clay and steel pipes. Fast, easy set-up on pipe, lightweight, self propelled and quiet. You only need enough space for cutter to rotate around the pipe – approximately 8". Can be used on pipes in the trench or underwater. Cutting speed is 1" (25mm) of pipe diameter per minute. PipeMaster Bypass Valve Kit

701185 Bypass Valve 6 gpm/1500 psi 10 lbs. (4.6kg) The Model 701185 is a Bypass Valve Kit designed to be used with your skid loader, backhoe or tractor for the Wheeler Rex PipeMaster. The 701185 will adapt your current hydraulic system to the specs required to operate the PipeMaster. (6 gpm and 1500 psi required) Portable at 10 pounds and easy to connect. The PipeMaster’s hydraulic lines will directly attach to the quick disconnects for both input and output points on the Bypass Valve. Hydraulic lines not included (between hydraulic power source and bypass valve).
